Funeral for Martha Sue "Maw Maw" Knight, 81,of Decatur will be Thursday at 2:00 PM at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Davis and Bro. James Corum officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 1 until 2 at the funeral home. Mrs. Knight who died July 25, 2007, was born May 5, 1926 to John Thomas and Laura Ann Cartee Pitt. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Loyd "Bud" Knight. Survivors include one daughter, Ann Slater and husband Gus, two grand-daughters, Melissa Collins and husband Jimmy Collins Jr. and Michelle Maxwell and husband Bryan Maxwell; four great grandchildren, Jimmy Collins III , Brittany Slater, Michael Collins and Breanna Maxwell; one brother, Airl Pitt & wife Ruth; one sister Lucille Corum & husband David. Pallbearers will be Tim Pitt, Tony Pitt, Anthony Pitt, Danny Pitt, Joe Woodruff and Ronald Terry.
