Marty Maxine McCaghren, 57, of Danville passed away October 31,2023 her graveside service will be Monday November 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Red Hill cemetery with Elliott's Brown-Service funeral home directing and O.D. Bowling officiating.

Marty was born on November 23,1965 to James Malcom McCaghren and Lee Maxine Hill McCaghren in Lawrence county Alabama. She was retired from the Decatur City Police Force, and was a member of the Midway Church of Christ. Marty was preceded in death by her parents and Grandparents Robert D. McCaghren and V. Lillian Borden McCaghren and John R. Hill and Evie I Royer Hill.

She is survived by her sister Sherry M. James. Two brothers Jerry Malcolm McCaghren and wife Sharon M. Sites, Carl Rayburn McCaghren. Nieces Beth Hester (Matthew), Jaye McCaghren, Leah Steele (Matt). Nephew Brandon McCaghren. Great nieces Kate Hester, Avery McCoy, Logan McCaghren, Makenna Steele, Gabrielle Steele. Grandnephews Luhe Hester, Keller McCaghren, River Steele. Aunts Wanda M West, Carolyn C. Hill. Uncle Ralph Hill.
