Mary Virginia Bolding's Obituary
Mary Virginia Bolding, age 88, of Decatur, died Sunday August 29, 2010 at her residence.
Funeral service for Mrs. Bolding will be on Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 2 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 pm until 2 pm.
Mrs. Bolding was born on February 13, 1922 in Lawrence County Alabama to Burns and Mary Catherine Roberson Counts. She was a faithful member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and a retired school teacher with Decatur City Schools. Mrs. Bolding is preceded in death by her husband Henry Russell Bolding.
Mrs. Bolding is survived by her sons, David Bolding and Van Bolding and wife Charlene, all of Decatur; her daughter, Cindy Martin and husband Ken of Tallahassee, FL; her sister, Catherine Ward of Montgomery, AL; and her grandchildren, Charlie and Molly Bolding, Elizabeth Prince, Caki Bolding, and Russ and Lauren Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations may be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church.
