Mary Ruth Crunk "Boof", of Florence passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 with her family by her side. A private service is planned for the family with Bro. Mike Nash officiating. Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Patton Crunk and Tharzia Hunt Crunk.

Boof is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon Henson (Lynn); granddaughters, Christy Coosenberry (Lynn), Misty Henson; great-grandson, Dakota Coosenberry who was her pride and joy, bonus great-granddaughter, Lauren Mills; brothers, Donnie, Dan (Charlotte); sisters, Bobbye Mitchell (Milton) Ann Hale, Jenny Owens (Charlie); several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to say a special thank you to the nurses of Hospice of the Shoals.
