Funeral for Mary Catherine McMillan, 91 of Decatur, will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Neil Carter officiating. Burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Mary Catherine McMillan, who died Thursday, May 3, 2007 was born December 31, 1915 in Lawrence County to Charles and Amanda "Kate" Stockton, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Melvin McMillan. Survivors include one son, Darryl McMillan and wife Ann; two grandsons, Michael Darren and John Derek McMillan; four great grandchildren, Madison, Haley, Logan and Katie McMillan, several neices and nephews and numerous cousins. Pallbearers will be Darren McMillan, John McMillan, Clayton Parker, Alton Alexander, Willard Coffey and Ted Carden.
