Mattie Lou Scott, 81, of Trinity passed away Saturday, December 14th 2024.

Mattie was preceded in death by her husband; Johnie O'Neal Scott, 1 son; Tim Scott, and her parents; L.H. Sanders & Nellie Brewer Sanders.

Survivors for Mrs. Scott include her children: Donna Gilliland (Ronnie), Terry Scott (Valeria). Grandchildren: Brian Hamilton, Malachi Hamilton (Jessica), Miranda Green (Byron), Dustin Scott (Lindsey), Robert Taylor, Courtney Murphy (Clint), Savannah Scott. Great-Grandchildren: Candace Johnson (Ryan), Hali Scott, Shyanna Green, Tyler Scott, Montana Green, Denzil Hamilton, Connor Tuck, Briley Scott, Isaiah Scott, Dominic Murphy, "Little" Mattie Scott, Matteo Murphy. Great-Great-Grandchildren: Easton Johnson, Elijah Johnson, Ellis Johnson. Mattie is also survived by her siblings: Dorothy Sanders Wells, Jane Sanders Chamblee, Etta Faye Sanders Odom, Helen Sanders, Juanita Sanders Jackson, and Tommy Sanders

Services for Mrs. Mattie Lou Scott will be on Wednesday December 18, 2024. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00 PM with chapel funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM.

Visitation and service will take place in the Chapel at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home.
