Funeral for Minnie Sue Nicholson Woodard, 77, from Town Creek, will be Tuesday, 12/16/14 at 11:00 AM at Elliott Funeral Home, with Rev. Ronald Davis officiating.
Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Woodard, who died Saturday, December 13, 2014, was born on September 23, 1937 in Lawrence County to Ernest and Nancy Nicholson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leon Nicholson and Hubert Nicholson; sisters, Pauline Murphree and Mary L. Terry.
She is survived by her husband, James Sherman Woodard; son, Harry Woodard (DeeDee); daughter, Sharon Woodard; sisters, Melba Hood, Jimmie L. Martin (Emmett); brothers, Rev. James W. Nicholson (Annie Mae) and Leston Nicholson; Host of nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a special sitter, Lisa Roberts.
