Graveside service for Nancy Green, 67, of Decatur will be today, May 19, 2007, at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with the Rev. Martin Steelmon officiating and Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Green, who died Thursday, May 17, 2007, was born April 13, 1940, in Morgan County to F.F. Plant and Vera Lamon Plant. She was a member of the Austinville First Baptist Church. Her husband, George O. Green, preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, George "Butch" Green and Greg Green, both of Decatur; two sisters, Jimmie McBride and Leila Cheatham and her husband, Bruce, all of Decatur; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be John McBride II, Bruce Don Cheatham, Steven Boyles, Roger Shelton, Jeremy Riggs and Chris Riggs.
