Nicholas Clay Watkins' Obituary
Nicholas Clay "Nick" Watkins, 23, Florence, currently living in Sumiton, Alabama died Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, June 27, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the Edgemont United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chris Montgomery officiating.
Nick was a former student at Kilby Elementary, Bradshaw High School, and University of North Alabama. He was a lifelong member of Edgemont United Methodist Church. A musician and poet, he enjoyed playing the guitar. He always had a beautiful smile.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother Clayton Watkins and grandfather Bill Cofield.
Nick is survived by his wife Bobbie Sherburne; son Aiden Glenn Watkins; mother Crystal Cofield and and fiance'' John Littrell; father and step-mother Mark and Rose Watkins; sister Chelsea Watkins; brother Joshua Watkins; grandmother Rebecca Cofield and grandfather Will Watkins.
In lieu of flowers may be made to the Edgemont United Methodist Church.
