Norma Allee Kowalski 84 of Decatur Alabama passed away on March 31, 2018 at USA Health care. The Family will have a visitation on Saturday April 7, 2018 at 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm with a Service following at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel and burial at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Kowalski was born in Indianapolis Indiana to Nobel Hanfred Allee and Eva Ethel Ford Allee. She lived in New Orleans La until moving to Decatur to be with her daughter.

Mrs. Kowalski is survived by a daughter Kathryn Kowalski Magana and Ed and a son David Kowalski and wife Rosario. 6 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.
