Norma Wear Moulton
Funeral for Norma Wear, 72, of Moulton will be today, June 7, 2010, at 3 p.m. at Moulton Baptist Church with Bro. Mickey Dalrymple and Bro. Jesse Reeder officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Wear, who died Saturday, June 5, 2010, was born October 10, 1937, in Lawrence County to Henry Otho Brackin and Edna Manley Brackin. Mrs. Wear worked for the Lawrence County Probate Judge's Office for 20-plus years. She was a member of Moulton Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her daughter, Angela Lynn, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Kirk Wear; one daughter, Rebecca Wear Espy; one son, Robin Wear (Wendy); three grandsons, Corey Espy, Christopher Espy and Kaiden Wear; and three brothers, Doyd Brackin (Maxine), Bill Brackin (Gwen) and Eddy Joe Brackin (Mary Alice).
Pallbearers will be Charles Kitchens, Ethan Kitchens, Chad Kitchens, Jay Brackin, Jackie Brackin, Jade Brackin, Greg Brackin, Jason Spillers and Corey Espy.
The family would like to express appreciation to Alacare Hospice and nurse, Becky Johnson.
