Our beloved Amanda Nicole Griffin "Nikki" who was born on November 20, 1991 in Athens, Alabama. Nikki tragically left us on April 21, 2025. She touched many lives in the short 33 years that we had her here with us. She was beloved by her family and many friends. She  was a light that shown in the lives of people she touched. Nikki was a mother, daughter, a sister and a friend. She was Truly loved and will be deeply missed.

Nikki is survived by her three beautiful daughters Mya Hill, Ainsley Cartee, Everlee Cartee. Mother Emma Griffin Sims, Father Randy Sims, Brother Joshua Griffin (Josphine Jakaj) Jamie Sims. Sisters Angela Sims Hand (Kevin), Allison Shug (Jay). Nikki will have a visitation on Saturday April 26, 2025 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home a service will follow at 2:00pm and burial at Midway memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Josh Griffin, Dustin King, Jacob Dutton, James Baker, Luke Cartee, Brad McNally.
