Mr. Bennie "Gator" Cottingham, age 81 of Moulton, passed away on November 12, 2024 at his home.

Bennie is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Betty Othine Smith Cottingham and granddaughter Skylar Cottingham. He is survived by his two daughters, Glenda Gail Cottingham Barnes and Lesia Ann Cottingham Hill, two sons, Christopher Lamar Cottingham, and Brandon Keith Cottingham. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Cottingham Cemetery in Hillsboro beginning at 2pm.

Visitation will be held prior to the services at Elliott-Brown Service Funeral Home from 12pm – 1pm.
