Funeral for Billie Cardwell, 92, of Decatur will be on Thursday July 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Ridout's Brown-Service funeral Home chapel with Parker Smith officiating. The family will have a visitation from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Cardwell was born on January 1, 1931 in Alabama to Albert and Eliza Gray both deceased and is preceded in death by her brother Thomas Gray and granddaughter Anna Catherine Cardwell and her Husband  Joseph O'Neal Cardwell. She is survived by her Children Gwen Dean (Allen), Joe Cardwell (Paula), Alan Cardwell (Shelia). Grandchildren Angie Casciano, Robyn Penuelas, Josh Cardwell, Brook Hill, Caleb Cardwell, Lyle Cardwell. 8 Great Grandchildren.
