Jerry G. Butler, 78, of Killen died Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at NAMC.
Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2026, 12-2 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel with Bro. Barry Clayton officiating. Burial will be at Barkley-White Cemetery.
He attended Elgin Methodist Church.
Mr. Butler was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Careen Campbell Butler; brother, Troy Butler.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Ann Marie Butler; sons, Kyle Butler (Dawn) and Rodney Butler (Jennifer); grandchildren, Blair Holden (Dustin), Cody Butler (Whitney), and Jesse Butler (Charley); great-grandchildren, Brody Butler, Avery Holden, Bentlee Butler, Beckham Mitchell, Tyke Butler, and Elsie Kate Butler; brother, Joey Butler (Belinda); sister-in-law, Dixie Butler; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cody Butler, Jesse Butler, Brody Butler, Curt Butler, Cory Butler, Dustin Holden, and Jeff Masonia. Honorary pallbearers will be Beckham Mitchell and Tyke Butler.
