Jimmy E. Edgil, 77, of Killen died Thursday, April 4, 2024, at his residence.

Visitation will be Friday, April 5, 2024, 6-8 PM at Elkins Funeral Home Florence. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 6, 2024, 11 AM at Elkins Funeral Home Florence with Bro. Mike Crews officiating. Burial will follow at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Edgil; parents, Eldon and Louise Heard Edgil; siblings, Faye Cumens and Jolene Raburn.

Mr. Edgil is survived by his children, Kelly Gore (Eddie) and Eric Edgil; grandchildren, Harley Edgil, Megan Edgil, Amanda Barnette, Chance Gore (Emily), Obadiah Gore, and Abigail Gore; great-grandchildren, Koby Edgil, Ryder Whitehead, and Eli Barnette; sister, Lucy Carpenter; brother, Eugene Edgil; devoted caretaker, Tina Wisdom; several nieces and nephews.
