Memorial service for Jimmy Lee Foote, 35, of Decatur will be on Wednesday February 22, 2023 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00 PM.

Father: James Howard Foote, Mother (Deceased) Beatrice Regina Foote. Siblings: Crystal and Michael Borden and James Zackery Foote

My aunt was his primary caregiver. He was  special needs. She raised him for 12 years.  He called her mom and viewed her children as siblings.  Jerry and Sue Foote, Candia and Scottie Simmons and Damian and Hana Foote.
