Jo Lynne Hannay, Age 70, born May 2, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to parents James Lawrence and Mary Battelli, passed away September 30th 2022. She is survived by son Sean Hannay of Huntsville, AL and was previously married to Patrick Hannay of Hillsboro, AL. She was born and raised in Illinois before moving to Alabama later in life where she worked as a travel agent and as a teacher aid at Austinville Elementary in Decatur, AL. She is also survived by many cousins and friends who all loved and cherished her. She was always there when you needed her and was the light of the room to many. Even though that light has faded she is at peace and no longer in pain.
