Lou Agnes Dotson, 95, of Decatur, passed away peacefully. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors beginning at 1:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at Decatur City Cemetery, with Rev. Scotty Letson officiating.

Mrs. Dotson is survived by her son, Eddie Dotson and his wife, Gloria; her daughter, Judy Utley and her husband, Bob; her granddaughter, Christy White and her husband, Corey; and two great-grandchildren, Aubrey White and Riley White.

Mrs. Dotson will be remembered for her warmth, love, and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
