We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 80, Robert Lee Gossett of Athens, Alabama, born in Decatur, Alabama passed away.

He is survived by daughter Regina Mabrey, son Joe Gossett (Linda), son Travis Gossett (Chana), son Kevin Gossett (Tonya), sister Linda Kelley (John), step daughter Rachael Goodwin (Steve), step son Troy Cannon.

Grandchildren Joshua Gossett (Brianna), Brandon Gossett (Brandi), Harlie Marsh (Jimmy), Austin Gossett (Emily), Ryan Gossett, Ethan Gossett, Sara Baker (Taylor), Dawn Haley, Roberta Jefts, step Lindsay Peluso (Gabriel), step Justin Cannon.
