William is survived by Mother Wanda Brown, Sister Selina McKay (Husband Allen McKay), Brother Eugene Hubbard, Nephews Vidal Hubbard, Hunter Pepper and Joshua Pepper. Aunts Teresa Smith and Loretta Mcnutt (Husband Eugene Mcnutt). Uncles, Eddie Cramer and Jeremiah Cramer (Wife Jeanette Cramer). Cousins Scott Cramer, Alison Prevatt, Cindy Goodman, Stephanie (Steph) Smith, Jessica Borden, April Cramer, Great Niece Kinley Pepper and so many other family and friends.
