Mrs. Pearlene K. Pounders, 86, of Florence, AL. passed away Sunday February 7, 2010 at Florence Nursing Home. Pearlene was born in Lauderdale County September 12, 1923. Mrs. Pounders was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles C. pounders; her parents, H. Clayborn and Eva Black Killen. She is survived by her brother, Henry C. Killen *Pat), Nephew, Jon Killen of Florence. Nieces; Pam K. Parker (Rick) of Douglasville, Ga. And Jackie K. Johnson (Tommy) of Florence. Grand-Nephew, Paul H. Parker of Douglasville, Ga. Sarah, Abby and Catherine Johnson of Florence. Aunts, Flora Dyer of Florence, and Cleva Carl of Greenhill. Several cousins. Graveside services will be at 10:30 AM, Friday February 12, 2010 at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Doc Shell.
