Funeral for Peggy L. Culver, 62, of Courtland will be today, Jan. 4, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wayne Dotson and Bro. Lavenuel Sherrill officiating. Burial will be in Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be today from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Culver, who died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007, was born April 25, 1944, in Tazewell, Va., to Bandy and Sarah Lester Nipper. She was a member of Open Arms Ministries. Survivors include three sons, Mark Culver and his wife, Bonnie, Steve Culver, and Tracy Culver and his wife, Tanya; one daughter, Pam Rice and her husband, Alton; one sister, Fronzia Honaker; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her special little dog, Little Man.
