Graveside service for Peggy Louise Counts Holsonback, 75 of Decatur will be on Thursday July 5, 2018 at Roselawn Cemetery with Harry Hames officiating and Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Directing.

Mrs. Holsonback passed away on Saturday June 30, 2018 at Decatur Health and Rehab. She was born on January 17, 1943 in Moulton, Alabama to Thomas Russell Counts and Mossie Vines Counts.

Mrs. Holsonback was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Judy Ann Counts and her Husband David Holsonback. She worked at Calhoun Community college as a nursing instructor. Peggy devoted her life to her nursing career. After graduating from UAB she taught many students and worked at different physicians offices in Decatur area, and was respected throughout the community for her devotion for others health.
