Mrs. Peggy Ann Killen Jones, age 89 of Florence, passed away on July 27th at Florence Nursing and Rehab. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 2nd at Florence City Cemetery at 9 am. Rev. Dr. Yohan Hong will be officiating.

Mrs. Jones was a retired Lauderdale County License Commissioner, a member of North Wood Methodist Church, Civitan club ,and the Red Hat Club.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, David Killen; grandson, Kevin Jones (Jaclyn); great- granddaughter, Kaitlyn Jones; brothers, Jimmy Lovelace (Lou Ann), Bobby Lovelace (Willie); special friends; Pat, Jean Marie, Joyce, Jennifer, John, Debbie and Pam; a beloved pet, Callie Rose; numerous nieces and nephews  and extended family; and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Lovelace and Exa Garrett; spouse, Herbert Jones; brothers, Raymond Lovelace, and Donnie Lovelace; and sisters, Virginia West, Sarah, and Elaine Cox.
