Funeral for Phelix Clifton Hill, 73, of Trinity will be Thursday, April 23, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Greg Standridge officiating. Burial will be in Milligan Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mr. Hill died Monday, April 20, 2009. He was born Jan. 7, 1936, in Lawrence County to V.S. Hill and Ella Hitt Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Curtis Hill. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Dunn and Bonnie McGennis, both of Trinity; two sons, Douglas Hill of Trinity and Bennie Hill of Danville; six grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; three sisters, Marjorie Hill, Marie Kent and Marvallen Foster; and five brothers, Ray Hill, Jimmy Hill, Jerry Hill, Clyde Hill and Roger Hill, all of Trinity. Pallbearers will be Chris Lopp, Michael Alred, Glenn Hill, Bobby Clark, Ramey Hill, Greg Hill, Jason Hill and Mickey Terry.
