Funeral for Randle L. Blaxton, 71, of Decatur will be today, February 8, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Chapel with the Rev. Tom Salter officiating. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mr. Blaxton, who died Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Parkway Medical Center, was born October 27, 1941, in Lawrence County to Leon and Edith Blaxton. He was retired from Wolverine with 35 years of service. His son, Randy Blaxton, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Audary Blaxton; two grandchildren, Sumer Blaxton and Autumn Blaxton; and one great-grandchild, Drayden Blaxton.
