Richard Dudley Goode (Dickie), 83, of Decatur, AL, passed away June 6, 2024. He was born to the late Johnny R. Goode and Marie D. Goode. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Johnny R. Goode II.

Dickie was an active member of the church and served as a Deacon at the Grant Street Church of Christ and the Decatur Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Theresea Fromhold Goode, daughter, Ann Marie Goode Melson (Reid), grandchildren, Mary Oliver and Ford Melson, brother, Rod Goode (Sherry), nieces and nephews, Christiana Thompson (Dave), Johnny R Goode III, Caroline Goode, and Cory Goode.

Visitation will be held at Ridout Brown Funeral Home on Wednesday June 12, 2024, from 1-3pm.
