Richard Lance Gist's Obituary
Richard Lance Gist, 65, of Florence, died on Thursday, September 01, 2016. Graveside services were held privately at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ashley Pettus officiating.
Richard was a craftsman, a sheet metal worker, who had worked on major construction projects through TVA.
Richard is survived by his wife Tricia Gist; a daughter Harriet Chapel Gist King and husband Phillip of Florence; grandchildren, who loved him as "Poppie", Peyton , Britton and Preston King; father-in-law Mason Ingram of Florence.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that your donations and memorials be that of going out and being a blessing to someone else that may need your help. Pay it forward or be that hand that reaches out to help someone up when they are down.
The family extends their thanks and appreciation to, Dr. Ricky Irons and his nurse Sally, Internal Medicine Associates, Dr. Robert Bailey and AlaCare Hospice.
