Funeral for Richard Orville McLemore Sr. of Decatur will be Saturday, December 26, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. McLemore, who died Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at Parkway Medical Center, was born December 18, 1950, in Detroit, Mich., to Orville and Ella Ree McLemore. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by father, Orville E. McLemore. Survivors include his mother, Ella Ree McLemore; three sons, Richard Orville McLemore Jr., Matthew Curtis McLemore and Kevin Leon McLemore; three sisters, Carolyn Hudgins and husband, Jimmy, Glenda Troyer and Gary Burnett and Deborah Roberts and husband, Donald; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hudgins, Gary Burnett, Donald Roberts, Scott Hanks, Mike Paseur and Larry Ellis.
