Ricky Dale Franklin,53, of Florence died Friday, August 17, 2012, at UAB Hospital. A graveside service will be at 3PM Monday, August 20, 2012, at Richardson Cemetery in Waterloo, with Bro. Sonny Owens officiating. Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
