Robert Erin Sharpston, 90, of Florence, AL passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025. There will be a graveside service Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Fords Mill Cemetery, Waterloo, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene & Dora Sharpston; siblings, Eugene Sharpston, Jr., Elsie Lovett, Juanita Turbyfill, Tex Sharpston, and H.E. Sharpston; children, Dora Sharpston and Theresa Winborn; grandchild, Casie Winborn; and girlfriend, Jean Adams. He is survived by children, Benny Sharpston (Carrie), RJ Sharpston, Lisa Hanback (Ricky), and Waylon Sharpston (Kaye); grandchildren, Jamie Sharpston, Jason Sharpston (Jessica), Joshua Sharpston (Preston), Shelly Benefield, Stephanie Terry, Theresha Winborn, Emmett Winborn, Greg Winborn (Samantha), Kayla Lane, Zack Winborn, Skyylar Pearl (Kayla), Corey Elrod, Andrew Sharpston (Caitlyn), Wesley Sharpston (Madison), and Alyssa Sharpston; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
