Funeral for Robert Lee Wade, 88, of Moulton will be Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Elliott Funeral Home with Ray McWhorter and Hoyt Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 until 3:00 at the funeral home. Lee Wade, who died Saturday, March 3, 2007 was born on September 23, 1918 to James P. and Ruthie Wade. He was a decorated WWII (combat engineer) veteran. Retired as a construction engineer and was best known as a plumber. He was a member of Antioch Church of Christ and a member and supporter of the American Legion. He enjoyed attending The Jackson House and Caddo Senior Center with a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Agnes Alexander Wade. Survivors include children, Alan and Gwen Wade; randchildren, Brad and Joy Wade, Stacy and Brandi Rose; one great randchild, Chase Rose. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be nephews.
