Celebration of life for Roger Dale Holaway, 74, of Decatur will be on Monday September 3, 2018 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ben Hays officiating and burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with military honors. The Family will have a visitation Sunday night from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Holaway was born in Eva Alabama to Dewie Holaway and Ethel Willcutt Holaway Brasswell.

He served in the U.S. Army and attended Southside Baptist Church. He was the retired owner of Old Cars and Street Rods "Refurbishing Steel Cars"

Survived by his wife Juanita Holaway. Son Dr. Christopher Shawn Holaway, grandchildren Haden Holaway and Finley Holaway. Step daughter Tammy Borden and husband Jerome. Step Granddaughter LeAnn Patterson. Step Great Granddaughter Khloe Patterson. Brother Sherrill Holaway and wife Barbara. Sister Jane Hill and Husband Wayne.
