Funeral for Roy Everett Smith, 67, Decatur, Alabama will be Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Elliott Funeral Home at 111:00 AM with Ronald Olivericiating. Burial will be in Owen Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6 until 8 at the funeal home. Mr. Smith, who died January 13, 2010 at Huntsville Hospital, was born December 27, 1942 in Lawrence County Alabama to Everett Smith and Pauline Hood Smith. He is survived by two sons: Joel E. Smith and Stephen B. Smith; two daughters, Hope L. White and Paula Martin; one brother, Jasmes Wilson Smith and 16 grandchildren.
