Royce Wilson, 85, of Florence died Saturday, February 13, 2016, at ECM Hospital.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Elkins East Chapel from 11 AM to 1 PM. A graveside service will be at 2 PM at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Daniel Michael officiating.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by an infant son, James R. Wilson, Jr.; parents, Edgar and Verta Rea Murks Wilson; sister, Christine Romine; brothers, Bob Wilson and Charles Wilson.
Mr. Wilson is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jean Wilson; son, Tony Wilson and wife Renee; sister, Faye Whitehead; two grandsons, Chris and Ben Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Landon and Ava Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Taylor Wilson, Mike Wilson, Ricky McMurtrie, Billy Valentine, Jamie Davis, and Joe Kemp. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Nelson, Edgar Michael, and Bill Schroder.
