Funeral for Rubert Lee Proctor, 94, from Moulton will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Elliott Brown - Service Funeral Home Chapel, with Barry Cater and Hollis Retherford officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens.Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12:00 until 2:00 at the funeral home.

Mr. Proctor, who died Sunday October 29, 2017 at Decatur General Hospital, was born on September 8,1923 in Moulton Alabama to Arza Lee Proctor and Emmer Lou Goodwin Proctor.

He was a farmer and retired from Baggett Transportation and rebuilt starters and alternators.

Preceeded in death by his wife, Olga Mae Hollis Proctor. Survived by three daughters, Jannice Glasscock; Joyce Terry and Tammy Porter and husband Mark; two sons, Don Proctor and Mike Proctor; seven grandchildren, Claudette, Sharon, Lana, Wendy, Shannon, Jessica and Ren; eight great granbchildren Danielle, Lauren, Owen, Cierra, Carlee, Mary Bradford, Kolby, Korbin; two great great grandchilddren, Elgin and Eva Jane.

The family would like to Thank the Nurses and Techs at Decatur Morgan Hospital.

Pallbearers will be Shannon McBride, Ren Porter, Danny Hollis, Jeremy Proctor and Dewayne Proctor, Kenneth Proctor.
