Funeral for Ruby Lois Owens, 82, Moulton, will be Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 3:00 PM at First United Methodist Church of Moulton with Sr. Pastor Amy Howard officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday form 1PM until 3PM at the church.

Ruby Lois Owens, who died Thursday July 3, 2014, was born in Lawrence County Alabama to James Steadmon and Lockie Jeffreys. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Moulton and a graduate of Hatton Class of 1949.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Vernon Hopf and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband, Teddy Owens; Children, Kenneth A. Hopf (Marilyn), Kevin T. Hopf (Jane), Georgianna Hopf, Joseph Owens (Connie), Janet Ryan and Joyce Subject; Grandchildren, Dane J. Hopf, Kali L.Hopf-Oswald, Sable J. Wells and Tristan P. Hopf; great granddaughter, Ella Hopf and numerous nieces and nephews.
