Ruth Elizabeth Guyse Staggs, 90, of Florence died Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at her daughter''s residence. A graveside service will be Friday, April 20, 2012, 3PM at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Mark McCullar officiating. She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years L. D. Staggs; daughter Faye Wilson; son Larry Don Staggs. Mrs. Staggs is survived by her three daughters Pam Staggs Westpheling (Ernie), Vicky Staggs Allison (Tommy), and Jillann Staggs Adomyetz (Wayne); sister Bertha Holt; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ernie Westpheling, Tommy Allison, Wayne Adomyetz, Don Thomas Allison, Jacob Voss, Tommy Ward, Philip Williams, and Chase Hensley. Mrs. Staggs'' family would like to express their special thanks and gratitude her personal sitter Heather Keeton and Kelly Jo Valli, Koko Gabriel, and Mark McCullar of North Alabama Hospice.
