Funeral for Ruth Virginia Hale Terry, 84,will be Tuesday, September 29th at 2:00 PM at ElliottFuneral Home. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday night from 6 until 9 at the at the funeral home. Mrs. Terry, who died September 26, 2009 at Lawrence Medical Center, was born June 9, 1925 in Lawrence County to Jess Hale and Carrie Rose Hale. She was a member of Sand Hill Church. She was preceded in deathy by husband Naymon Terry and son Quenton Terry. Survivors include 2 sons, Quevis C. Terry and Cornell Terry; 2 sisters, Margie Hale Lindsay and Dottie Hall Whisenant; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
