Sandra Tippen, 83, of Birmingham, died Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at North Hill Nursing Home.

A graveside service will be Friday, November 2, 2018, 12 PM at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens in Florence, Alabama with Mike Banks officiating.  Elkins Funeral Home of Florence is assisting the family.

Mrs. Tippen was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Wayne Tippen.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol Jackson; grandchildren, Kelly Jackson and James Jackson (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Ayden Jackson and Owen Jackson.
