Sgt. Christopher J.T. Scott, Jr., 69 passed away on December 7, 2024, after an extended illness.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Butler Cemetery. Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.

He was a proud Army veteran of 14 years and served in several countries. He loved hunting and fishing and Alabama football and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elder Christopher J.T. Scott, Sr and Janice Geneva Scott, both of Florence, AL.

He is survived by his four children, Rebecca Scott, William Scott, Christopher Scott, and Joseph Scott all in Butler, Ohio; brother, Teddy Scott (Jennifer).
