Shirley Thompson Belue's Obituary
Shirley Thompson Belue age 78 of Florence passed away on Friday July 11, 2014. Per Mrs. Belues request there will be no public visitation. Graveside services will be held on Monday July 14, 2014, 2:00 P.M. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens with Chris Compton and Phil Cooper officiating. Pallbearers will be Grandsons. Elkins of Florence in charge.
Mrs. Belue is preceded in death by her son, Charles Harvey. A grandson, Baby Boy Hines. Five sisters and four brothers and their spouses.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Verlon L. Belue. Daughter, Sherry Hines (Randy). Grandchildren, Brian Harvey (Erin), Micheal and Kevin Harvey, Randal Hines (Paula), Marcus Hines (Marlene), and Matthew Hines (Tiffany). Great-Grandchildren, Savannah, Hunter, Garrett, Kinsley, and Melia Hines. Andrew, Travis, Dustin and Courtney Coker. As well as a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
She was a assistant Sunday school teacher and member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.
The family would like to express a special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at ECM Hospital.
In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the cancer society.
