Shirley JoAnn Wood, 81, of Florence died Friday, February 9, 2018, at her residence.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 11, 2018, 12-2 PM at Elkins Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel with Rev. Chris Underwood officiating.  Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Wood; parents, Rube and Charlsie Parrish; brother, Billy Parrish; sister, Jean Edgil.

Mrs. Wood is survived by her sons, Thomas Wayne Wood (Patricia), Jeffrey Allen Wood (Caryn), and Timothy Parrish Wood (Julie); grandchildren, Adam Wood (Anna), Eric Wood, Isaac Wood (Grace), Jared Wood, Stephen Jaggars, Mark Jaggars, Rachael Crump (Joe), Jennifer Dedrick (Carter), Taylor Wood, Emily Wood, and Haley Wood; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tony Parrish (Jennifer) and Jimmy Parrish.

Mrs. Wood loved Golf, Golf, and Golf.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
