Stephen Dewayne Cameron Decatur
Stephen Dewayne Cameron, 52, died Monday, July 16, 2012. Visitation will be Friday, July 20, 2012 from 10 to 11 am at Ridout's Brown Service Chapel. Graveside service will follow at 11:30 am at Moulton Memory Garden in Moulton, with Rev. David Dill officiating. Mr. Cameron was born September 19, 1959 in Moulton, AL. For a number of years he owned and operated A&R Carpet Cleaning. Playing drums was his passion and he had played in a number of local bands over the years. He was preceded in death by his father, Dewayne D. Cameron; his grandparents, Marion and Bessie Mote and Clyde and Lucille Cameron; and step-father, Richard H. Tait. He is survived by his mother, Hilda Mote Tait; his brother, SFC Rodney D. Cameron and wife, Andrea and nieces, Taryn and Nikki, of Ft. Mitchell, AL. He is also survived by his second family; that of the late Richard H. Tait. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mental Health Association in Morgan County, 207 Commerce Circle SW, Decatur, AL 35601, or a charity of your choice.
