Stewart C. Weaver, 75, a lifelong resident of Decatur and 50-year member of Rising Sun Lodge No. 29 F&AM of Decatur, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008. He was born Oct. 17, 1932, to William N. Weaver and Nea Mae Crouch Weaver. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Gene and John William "Bill"; and one granddaughter, Heather Weaver. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Pat Weaver; three sons, William "Bill" S. Weaver, Rex Weaver and Ralph Weaver; one daughter, Lisa White; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services with Masonic Rites will be held Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Hoover officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
