Sue Brewer (90) of Florence passed from our lives on November 25, 2024 peacefully at her home after an extended illness.

Sue was a strong real estate agent and broker in the Shoals area for many years and won not only many awards for her achievements, but also the hearts of those she came into contact with. Her vivacious personality, beautiful smile and solid knowledge of real estate gained the respect of her peers as well as the many clients who trusted her. Sue was active in the community and was involved in her church, New Beginnings, as well as the many charities she donated her time to.

Sue lived life voraciously, and always let it be known that her greatest achievement was the family she loved so very much. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Nathan C. Brewer Sr.; son, Nathan C. Brewer Jr. (Lauren); and four grandchildren, Ryan Brewer (Katie), Will McCann (Danielle), Emily Kathryn Garner (Drew) and Riley Brewer; and five great grandchildren, Boston Brewer, Deacon Brewer, Hudson Brewer, Charlotte "Charlee" McCann, Johanna "Jo"  McCann, as well as a soon to be newborn, Baby Susan Lynn Garner. Sue is preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Lynn Brewer.
