Funeral for Ted Rickard Coker, 75, of Decatur will be Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007, at 1 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown Service Funeral Home with Mike Nix, Hoyt Nelson and Nicky Pressnell officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mr. Coker, who died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, at Parkway Medical Center, was born Aug. 12, 1931, in Belgreen to D.W. and Florence Rickard Coker. He was retired from Wolverine Tube with over 30 years of service. He was a member of Flint Church of Christ. At different times, he loved to hunt, fish, play softball, golf and bowl. He was loved and will be missed by many. His parents; and one daughter, Vicky Lynn Coker, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Hazel White Coker; one son, Ricky Coker and wife, Polly; two daughters, Debbie Pressnell and husband, Nicky, and Shirley Clark and husband, Bob; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Janie Cheatham, Carolyn Hill and Sarah Peebles. Pallbearers will be Ricky Coker, Chris Pressnell, Brandon Pressnell, Chad Pressnell, Rick Williams and Lucas Hitt.
