Thelma Mae Scott's Obituary
Thelma Mae Scott, 66, of Rogersville died Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 26, 2015, at Elkins East Chapel from 1-3 PM. Funeral services will follow at 3 PM in the chapel. Burial will be at Bluewater Cemetery.
Mrs. Scott enjoyed spending time with her family and tending to her garden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvin Lee and Theldia Warrine Scott; two brothers, John Thomas Scott and Jerry Ray Scott.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her daughter, Amanda Slaton; son, Joey Scott (Diana); four grandchildren, Joseph Mejia, Nicolette Scott, Miranda Hannah (Zack), and Damien Scott; great-granddaughter, Molly; three sisters, Carolyn Freyaldenhoven, Scarlett Brooks (Donald), and Connie Reilly (Jim); brother, Ronnie Scott (Debi); numerous nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the entire staff of Dr. Kalliath, Dr. Felix Morris, and a very special thank you to Hospice of the Shoals.
