Graveside service for Tillie Marie Jackson, 81, will be Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Rideout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home directing and the Rev. Alica Newsom officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Jackson, who died Sunday, June 21, 2009, at De>catur General Hospital, was born Feb. 7, 1928, to Lavour A. Adams and Mary Elizabeth Holderfield Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hezzie Lawrence Jackson; one sister, Katie Gillespie; three brothers, Charles Adams, Henry Adams and Buford Adams; four grandchildren, Paul Blagburn, Clifford Stanley Blagburn Jr., Rodney Clem and Melody Jackson. Survivors include five daughters, Joyce Clem of Trinity, Marie Clifton and Linda Ferrell, both of Decatur, Shelia Walton of Fayetteville, N.C., and Patricia Holley of Prattville; one son, Ricky Jackson of Decatur; one brother, Edward Adams of Decatur; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be grandsons: Kenneth Blagburn, Dakota Blagburn, Jamie Phillips, Robbie Holley, Scott Kilpatrick, Joseph Jackson.
